Updating Windows XP/Vista/7 Graphic Card Drivers

If you are running Windows XP/Vista/7, you can find more info on the exact model of the graphic card by doing the following:

– Press the ‘Windows” keyboard button + ‘R’ key
– Type in DxDiag and click ‘OK’
– Once the DirectX Diagnostic Tool loads click on the ‘Display’ tab.
– Your graphics card name and the manufacturer will be listed in the ‘Device’ section and the version of the driver you have installed should be listed under the ‘Driver’ box next to the word ‘Version’

– You can now go to the manufacturer’s site and download the latest drivers for the graphic card

– If you have a NVIDIA GeForce graphics card, you can visit http://www.geforce.com/drivers and use the online tool to help detect your graphic card and confirm if you have the latest drivers.
